Looks like you haven't claimed your badge yet (or maybe you need to re-scan it). Hold your phone next to the sticker on the back of your badge to claim it.

If you run into issues, or need help look for one of the twins and tell them to "fix it."

Pro Tip: Collect connections by scanning other badges!

Once you've claimed your badge, you can start collecting connections by scanning other badges. These connections will add a link to the "Grok Graph" see the (menu > graph button) in the bottom left menu as well as add a connection link to your badge.
