# **Grok 2026 Grode of Gronduct**

Grok is committed to having a safe, creative, and inclusive gathering. In order to ensure this, we've put together this code of conduct that we require all attendees and speakers abide by. We think these are great principles for Grok and life in general. We hope you do too.

**NO HARASSMENT**
We do not condone or permit harassment or offensive behavior toward anyone regardless of gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. This includes verbal comments or any action that, in the Grok Staff's opinion, can be perceived as harassment or offensive. We would say "Don't be a jerk", but we want to be a bit more specific.

**SFW**
Keep it clean. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for Grok. This includes all official and unofficial talks, workshops, parties, and social media interactions.

**APPLIES EVERYWHERE**
We expect you to follow this code of conduct at all times. This includes at after-hours social events, during dinner with fellow attendees at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media.

**RIGHT TO EJECT**
Don't make us pull this car over. At the Grok Staff's sole discretion, if you violate any of these rules, you may be asked to leave Grok or be completely expelled for the duration of the conference without a refund.

**HELP US HELP YOU**
If you feel this code of conduct is being violated, please reach out to the Grok Staff at grok@atlaslocal.com or find a member of the staff immediately. You should never be treated inappropriately at Grok, and we're here to ensure you have a safe and inspiring experience.

_This code of conduct is inspired by Codes of Conduct from the wonderful and brilliant people who created the [Dribbble Hangtime](https://dribbble.com/hangtime_coc) and [O'Reilly](http://www.oreilly.com/conferences/code-of-conduct.html) conferences._
